How to select the proper size cylinder :
It's important to select the proper size cylinder.
Cylinders and pumps are not returnable for health reasons. The standard cylinder
length is 9" inches. If you need a longer tube please call us email us. The primary
measurement involved is the circumference.
To measure the circumference (distance
around) your penis you can take either a cloth measuring tape (the kind used
in sewing kits) or with a piece of string (and then lay the string out flat against
a ruler). Measure the penis while erect
around its thickest circumference(distance around).
Next use the chart below to select the proper size cylinder
by finding the circumference below which will give the corresponding diameter
you should order. The most common cylinder diameters for beginning are
2" or 2 1/4" with a 9" cylinder length.
Using a tube which is too large will result in the testicles being pulled
up into the tube which can be uncomfortable for some.
It is recommended that you begin with a tube with a somewhat larger circumference
than your penis and progressively work up to the next larger tube.
Example 1 : Male measures his erect penis at it's widest point (around)
and finds he has a circumference of 5 1/2" inches with a length of 6". By
looking at the chart below he determines that he should probably begin with
a 2" X 9" cylinder - which will have an inside circumference of 6 1/4" (see
the table below) This will allow some room for expansion because the tube
inside circumference is about 1/4" larger than the man's penis. When
he is eventually able to fill the cylinder in circumference he may then order
the next larger cylinder diameter of 2 1 /4 "or 2 1/ 2 " depending on how
he feels he is progressing.
Example 2 : Male measures his erect penis at its widest point (around)
and finds he has a circumference of 4 1/2" inches. By looking at the chart
below he determines that he should probably begin with a 1 3/4" X 9" cylinder
- which will have an inside circumference of 5 1/2" (see the table below)
Sizing Chart - Selecting the appropriate sized cylinder
Select a circumference from the right column slightly
larger than your erect circumference (read below the chart for more details
on what the "circumference" is). Then use that measurement to
determine the diameter you need to order (left column).
The standard length of tubes is 9". (9 inches)
Cylinder Inside Diameter (ORDER SIZE) |
Cylinder Inside Circumference |
1 3/4" X 9" |
5 1/2" |
2" X 9" |
6 1/4" |
2 1/4" X 9" |
7" |
2 1/2" X 9" |
7 7/8" |
2 3/4" X 9" |
8 5/8" |
3" X 9" (this is a fairly large tube) |
9 3/4" |
The "circumference" of a tube/cylinder
is the distance around the tube - if you were to use a measuring tape or piece
of string and wrap it into a circle inside the tube. So you want to get a
tube that has a inside circumference that is slightly bigger than the circumference
(distance around) your penis. You can obtain the circumference of your penis
by measuring (while erect - around your thickest part of the penis) around
your penis using a measuring tape or with a piece of string (then hold the
string up to a ruler to get the actual measurement).
The 3" X 9" and larger are not recommended for users
who are just starting or who have never pumped before. The problem with the
larger sizes is that you may have trouble getting a good vacuum seal, and/or
your testicals may be pulled up into the tube - which can be uncomfortable
for some men.
If you are still unsure as to what size cylinder to order please send email
to [email protected]. Most men can begin
with a 2" X 9" cylinder.
We make no guarantees as to your individual results and cylinders and pumps
are not returnable for health reasons so please select size carefully.
