The first or second time I ever pumped, I came when pumping just my dick. How much pressure were you using when you came? I attributed mine to using too much pressure. It happened so fast, I think I hardly got to enjoy it. But with the pressure, it made for a big cum "splat" all over the inside of my tube. Hasn't happened since in nearly two years of occasional pumping, but I keep a really low pressure most of the time to avoid all of the side effects.
