No Richard, it's absolutely true. Of course the changes in size aren't permanent, but if you pump using warm water in the 2-stage and do NOT drink water, or very little, while pumping, your testicles will increase dramatically in size. You probably won't believe this until you actually do it, and you probably won't do it, so you'll never believe it. Nevetheless, it is true.
