YES!! Water intake DOES effect the size during pumping session. You might experience this like the following: if you don't drink alot of fluid, the balls themselves get HUGE. But, after drinking alot of liquid, the ball sac fills with blood and serum (or liquid from your body). SO, if you want HUGE NUTS, don't drink alot; if you want a HUGE NUT SAC drink LOTS of liquid. Of course, use heat to expand to the fullest! And don't forget to stretch with weights or your hands for LOW HANGERS, otherwise you get a 'round ball' type of pump.
