After years of cock and ball pumping with no ill effects, freckles began appearing on my penis about a month ago. At first I didn't think much of it, assuming that I had too much vacuum during a given session. But these little buggers won't go away, and every time I pump more appear.
I'm currently using lower vacuum pressure, taking frequent breaks, and massaging regularly, but I'm afraid that I'm a marked man.
Has anyone else experience this phenomonon? Any suggestions?
