Thanks for the follow ups, guys! I forgot one important thing: I wrapped a heating pad around the jar and kept it at medium (very warm) the entire pumping time. Hot balls - hot time!!
As far as my not cumming - I think it had to be because it's always best (at least for me) to squeeze my balls during stroking my dick for a fastr arousal. But, after 6 hrs of pumping, my sack was so filled that I couldn't find my balls. No squeeze - no tease!
