Just to know, you were getting few to no results in the first year, and better thereafter, but are the increases your talking about permanent, or do they just stay for a 72 hours or such.
Could you post measurements from before pumping, and after this period of pumping (the sizes from a normal erection, when not having used some pumps for about 14 days ??)
