No, you're wrong. The temperature of the testicles
is tightly regulated by these muscles even in humans.
One of the major reasons for male infertility is
poor temperature control caused by underwear, etc.
The testicles have to be kept in a 2 degree range
at about 97 degrees or they won't produce sperm
effectively.
