I've had the same problem for years. I changed to boxer shorts and began
using stainless steel rings about a month ago and I've noticed a difference
already. My testicles REALLY want to be inside, this has been my biggest
problem. I have to wear a constricting band under the rings to keep them
from falling off. I've tried strips of Velcro, a 1/2" leather band and
even electrical wire ties to keep my balls out of my groin. If I don't get it
tight enough, eventually one will work it's way back in and the rings fall
off. I'm using 1 3/4" rings because when I started I tried the 1 1/2" ones
but could only get about three on before my scrotum was too tight to allow
me to manipulated both balls through the ring.
I'm now up to 7 rings (started with 5) and wear them almost every day for
about 8 hours. In the evening things really are loose and look great. I
have had a few problems with callous formation under the constricting band,
but use aloe vera gel and vitamin e oil every night. After the first two
weeks I decided to shave my scrotum because I was pulling hairs daily just
putting everything on.
