Pumping is shrinking my penis ??!!

I have a 5.5" penis. When I pump it up for about 15 minutes, it only increases to about 5.7" inside the pump, no matter how hard i pump ???
I also get the donut-effect just beyond the head of my dick.

After releasing the pump, my dick has a little more girth, but it shrinks to about 5".

How does this happen, my toughts are that pumping just 'shakes' the sponge tissue that way, that some part of the length is used, to make it a little ticker.
I think thats quite right, but please correct me, if i'm not !

DOES ALL THIS MEANS, THAT I'M PUMPED UP TO MY MAXIMUM SIZE REACHABLE ?????
