How long can I wear a ball stretcher?

I just started getting into leather ball stretchers and dividers. I think they are very sexy and I like the way they feel. My question is - How long can these be worn? The ones that I have a very tight. I don't want to cut blood off to my boys down there. Tell me what I need to know guys. Thanks!
