I also agree with beachballs , I purchased a 5" + 7" two stage and found the whole lower half of my body pulled in , so continued with 4" straight tube , now I've added the use of a heat pad the ball sac becomes very soft and when I now use the Large two stage after 1 1/2 hours on the 4" I get really good results.Trying to pump with only one tube size will never give good results you must have the correct selection of sizes and work up in order, its expensive but I think worth it.
