I was useing the suntea jar the other day for about a hour and really didn't see reault how much results should I see in about a hour?
also I heard it's good to put warm water in side the suntea jar but how much water though like half and is good to put lots of water like half of the bottle?
also have how water is good to drink before or while pumping /
