I am very new to this ball stretching thing and to this group, so please be gentle with me.

I have pumped occasionally, just for fun, mostly in conjunction with masturbation over the last couple of years. I have very recently decided, though, that I would like to start seriously stretching both my cock and balls (in conjunction with more frequent pumping). The goal of the latter being to get nice low hangers, not necessarily to increase their size.
I have read the postings at this site for a couple of weeks and have learned a lot about do's and don't's of ball and cock stretching/pumping, etc.
However, there's still one question that I have not been able to get an answer to:
Does prolonged and consistent ball stretching eventually cause the muscles that contract the ball sac in cold weather, water, or in times of fear to contract less?
I know that best results are always seen when one is relaxed and when the ball sac is warm. My major interest, though, is to see less shrinkage in locker rooms, nude beaches and sex clubs where the slightest breeze tends to greatly lessen my "ball hang."
Have any stretchers out there noticed whether serious strecthing makes any real difference in this area?

Also, does anyone have an opinion with regard to weighted ball strecthers as opposed to attaching weights or using no weights at all.
Is there any significant difference in these methods?
