hi- difficult to do sensibly!! I measure mine AROUND with a fabric tape measure- then measure the hang from of the balls from the inside thigh- seems to be fair! also alternatively I squat naked both bare feet flat on the floor ans measure how far off the floor they hang! mine now graze the floor but am out to have them 'puddle' over the floor!! wish me luck!!!
