I have 2 weighted stretchers. A regular stretcher that fits around the scrotum above the balls and weighs about 1 pound. I can wear it for a considerable time naked or under loose pants if I want or have to go out.
The other attaches in the same manner, but it is a pouch that I lower my scrotum into before fitting the top around the scrotum above the balls. I haven't been able to wear it as long and it is a bear to get on (alone at least). It's bulk also limits mobility ... I usually just sit and watch videos while I wear it.
I like them both a lot. I guess the drawback versus weights it that I can't increase or reduce the weight as the situation calls for.
