Use 1 1/2 (i.d.) rings. You can get them at any hardware store or at farm/home centers. They will be called "O-rings". Don't get larger than 1 1/2, as they will fall off.

I started with 4 or 5 rings (mid December) and I am currently at 15 rings, ready to add number 16. I could be going faster, but I do not wear them regularly.

Here's how you do it. Slide one testicle through the ring. Pull some skin through, in order to create "slack" for the other. You will then get your fingers behind the other testicle and GENTLY push it through the ring. Once through, you can pull the ring up closer to the base of your penis. Additional rings are much easier to slide on, once the first is in place. Be sure to pull your sack down as you slide additional rings up. Getting your skin caught between two rings is not entirely a pleasant experience. Put on as many rings as you think will stay on during moderate activity.

Yes, very rarely, the rings can slip off. Usually this happens if I lift something, squat down or exert some extreme physical pressure. If you are trying to wear too many rings they will surely slip off. And yes, if you push it to hard, it can get a bit painful. You want to feel a slight bit of discomfort or pull, not pain.

You may not see results quickly, but you will know it's working when you can slip on an additional ring. I am able to tell quite easily myself, as I have vitiligo (pigment disorder). My new skin (stretched skin) is a bit different in color compared to my normal scrotal skin.

This method does have it's risks!!! Should you sustain a serious injury, and your balls swell, you will have to have the rings cut off. Some people quite serioulsy recommend having access to bolt cutters prior to starting the method. I have not had any such problems myself, but you must be aware of the possibility. It could be a bit wierd having to show up in the emergency room some night to have some rings removed (lest you loose your entire sack!). As usual, common sense should be your guide.

Am still working on pics myself, but the software isn't "up" yet.

Good luck, hope this helps.
