Alcohol isn't a disinfectant. It only dilutes bacteria. You can culture bacteria on plates
that have been washed in alcohol. Hospitals use Betadine solution. I've seen surgical patients
get infection despite the fact that we used the best sterile precautions known to man. Are you
telling me you draped the area with sterile drapes and did a full surgical prep? Injecting a
muscle is one thing because it's loaded with blood circulation and doesn't have little pockets
where bacteria can set up shop and form abscesses. The testicles aren't the same story.

Boiling tap water and table salt won't get rid of many bacteria. That's why surgical instruments
aren't just boiled, they're autoclaved. There are bugs that can grow in bottles of bleach. I kid
you not. I've seen it done. Our patients get infected with them regularly.

Boiling the water also won't remove the organic solids and dead bacteria or their lipid A that
causes anaphylaxis. There are stabilizers and chemical ingredients in table salt that make it
unsuitable for injection.

If you didn't hit your testicle, then how did you know where you were putting the needle? There
are plenty of other structures like the epididymis, blood vessels, the tunics, and the vas deferens
that you could have hit. When a patient comes into the ER with a hand injury, not even a general
surgeon will touch him. The hand is so specialized that you can really fuck someone up by messing
with it if you don't know what you're doing. So are you as good with male reproductive anatomy as
a board rated urologist?

The whole problem with the body letting you know you did something wrong is that by the time you
start feeling the pain, it's too late to stop the damage. Don't be stupid. You're just looking for
a quick solution.
