Iv'e been streching with metal rings for about 20 years now. Find the rings at your local sex shop. Start with the smallest ring that you can get one ball through without to much pain. Keep adding rings until your scrotum won't strech enough to let both nuts hang below them. Usually you will find that you start with from 3 to 5 rings. It took me about 3 months to work up to 10 rings and another 2 years to get to my present count of 33 rings and a 10" drop for my nuts. Have patience and don't get discouraged.
