The effect that remains for some minutes by most, or some hours or days by few, is just swelling. The balls are genetically prescribed to be the size they are, you can just pull, pump or stretch, you are just gonna have negative effects if you are becoming obsessed by it !!!
People cannot change nature .... In the past, even now, and even in the future !!!
