Ball pumping DOES increase your testicle size, but only temporarily. If you have pumped for 1-2 hours (WITH BREAKS!!!), you will notice the size difference in your testicle size. One note: if you use a singe-stage tube they become more elongated, and a 2-stage tube, they become larger in size and diameter. Yes, this is temporary...and yes, the ball sac is larger because of fluid accumulation.
