For all those who have wondered, ball pumping does not apparently effect the ability to conceive. I have been a pretty consistent ball pumper (suntea jar) for a year now. I pump my cock up to 8" thick and my balls up to the size of chicken eggs.
Just thought I would let you know not to worry about that aspect.
