Hello Visitor. I'm not sure that anyone is going to be able to answer your question about long term side effects for sure, however I can assure you that the short term side effects (erections, blisters, donuts, hemorrhages,loss of sensitivity,etc...) are not near as bad with ball pumping in two stage tubes as it is with penis pumping in singles. I have done both for 7 years or more but I have almost quit using singles in the last 3 years because of these short term side effects. Beachballs.
