Hello Bill. Sounds like you may have over done it a bit. If you don't have a vacuum guage then pump at a pressure just under where you feel any discomfort and take breaks every 15 minutes and message the whole package. Also try using hot water in the tube and a pressure just enough to keep the tube in place. Use a good lubricant to get a good seal, and may have to shave the area where the tube contacts the abdomen. This way you should not have to add more vacuum during the entire 15 minutes. Also if you are taking asparin or blood thinners you will also have more trouble. If so be very careful. A little discoloration for 15-20 minutes is normal but if it is lasting for days something is wrong. Happy pumping, Beachballs.
