I have noticed that when I dont drink lots of fluid while pumping, the balls actually get larger, without the "bloating" of the sac. But, when I drink a lot of fluids during pumping, I notice the sac bloats more.
Have also gotten much better results by using a heating pad on the suntea jar while pumping.
