This is correct (at least for me). When I drink alot of fluid, the ball SAC enlarges and fills with more fluids, thus a larger SAC.
If I don't drink, my BALLS themselves get larger.
And YES, HEAT helps the process in either event.
And don't forget about water pumping...it really does the trick....fast!
