Hello again. When maxed out on a two stage the only measurements that are practical is circumfrence and vertical hang. The best I have ever done is 21" circumfrence and a 9 1/2" hang. Measuring the penis is not practical because the ball sac swells up around the base of the penis and all but disappears when maxed out. As has been pointed out by many detractors of ball pumping" why go to extremes if the penis effectively gets too short for sex?" The answer is " it's fun and enjoyable." If I'm planning sex then I don't max out. But a 30-45 minute session actually improves sex for me and my wife. Happy pumping, Beachballs.
