It might just be that an invisible ball fairy lives inside the
pump and touches your nuts with a magic wand.
Or it could be that the testicles are like muscles and you make
your nuts exercise by putting a vacuum around them, the same
way weightlifters make muscles bigger (although I haven't thought
out all the details on that one yet).
Or it could be that the vacuum just pulls your balls down out of
your body where they've been hiding.
Or it could work the way it did in Total Recall where Arnold gets
blown out of the Martian cave with that latina chick and they both
get real puffy an uuuuugly in the thin Martian atmosphere.
