The actual testes enlarge slightly with bodily fluids and the scrotum (ball sack) enlarges significantly with bodily fluids. After pumping to 14" it takes about 7 days for mine to return to their original 9 inch size. Over time I have noticed a slight increase in their permanent size. FOOTNOTE: This has nothing to do with sexual orientation or gasoline.
