How can a 14 y/old start?

I am only 14 years old and I was wondering how I
can start. I have been reviewing sites like this for 2
years and I really want to start. Please tell me how. I
have no way to get a pump. I may be able to make one
but I can't go anywhere to get anything. Please help
if you have any ideas. I will be back tommorow to
check this posting.
