The Ball Club in Pomona, CA sells a video that might help some one of interested in the above. It's called "Fill 'Em up". It shows 3 dudes doing saline infusion (not pumping with saline!), with 2 taking two needles (one on each side of the scrotum!!! (NOT TESTICLE)) for maximum infusion, and one dude that uses 1 needle to infuse his sac. Towards the end, a couple vac pump their cocks after taking the saline, and it really seems to bloat out FAST (probably because the fluid is readily available from the saline ballsac)! And yes, everything must be STERILE, and don't put the IV into a vien or cord - caution must be observed.
