International Male Undergear catalogue has a line of underwear called "Contour" with a contoured pouch for extra room for extra endowment. Full line of briefs, bikinis, thongs, and fitted boxers. Also several other brands with contoured pouches. They also have swimgear and workout wear with extra room in the pouch.
