I've been using parachutes and weights for stretching for 15 years. They're a good way to carry heavier weights on your balls without pinching or binding.
After years of ball pumping, I can't get the commercial parachutes around my sac any more, so I make my own, from either rubber or leather.
For weights, I use lead sinkers made for deep sea fishing , varying from 8 oz up to 4 lb each, connected to the parachute harness by snap links. Sometimes I use a bucket, which gets slowly filled with water. That's good for endurance contests.
