Saline First Go

Yesturday I pumped saline into my sac. Wow no pain just huge ballocks that feel great.
One problem though the water slowly drips from the the punture wound. Has anybody experianced this ?
Makes your shorts wet. Lasted for 24 hours and has well hung my sac.
How often can this be done ?
