You can use a small shampoo or hand lotion plastic bottle, like the kind you get in hotels.
1. Fill the bottle 1/4 full of warm water
2. Apply lotion to the rim of the bottle
3. Apply lotion to and around your clit
4. Squeeze some of the air out of the bottle.
5. Place the mouth of the bottle over your clit
6. release the pressure from the bottle (this will cause a vacuum.
7. Squeeze more air out to increase the vacuum
8 Wear "Bottle" for 15-20 mins at a time.
9. Take the bottle off, Message the clit.
10 repeat step 2.
11. Enjoy
You can do the same thing with your nipples to make them very very long.
