Sounds like you are on the right track with your stretching. Good Luck! In answer to your question, I personally don't do anything to "hide" my stretched nuts. In fact, I try to show them off whenever I can! The pinching can be a problem but the squishing is kinda hot! I always pull mine as far as possible down my pants leg so they show to their maximum advantage.
Stretch
