Serious Stretchers...Whats the point of no return?

This is for serious ball stretchers...

I understand that after years of stretching you
get to a length which the scrotum no longer retracts
all the time. What is this length?

I started stretching at six rings... I'm now at 21 rings.
I hope when I get to about 8 inches... it no longer retracts.
