I pump cock and balls in a 2-stage cylinder and monster tube, and also pump just my cock.
It is possible to pump just your balls in a 2 stage cylinder or straight cylinder of appropriate size. It's a bit tricky to keep your cock from getting sucked in, but I have done it, so I know it's possible.
