I haven't read any of the corresponence, but rest assured there is no clinical or cosmetic significance to "scrotum stretching." In fact, it may impose some threat to the anatomy and physiology of the scrotum and testicles. A man's scrotum naturally "hangs" or tightens close to the body depending on the temperature needs of the testicles. The testicles require warmth to maintain the proper functioning of sperm. Warmer environmental temperatures allow the scrotum to "hang" while colder temperatures pull the scrotum, thus testicles, closer to the body to utilize the body's naturally warm temp. "Ball stretching" sounds like it may be involved with S&M.
