Due to a diagnosis, of a very low testosterone level, I have been prescribed testosterone injections for the last six months. My balls have shrunk considerably and the results from pumping don't last long. I was hoping someone here could tell me if saline injections would help and is it safe. I don't want over-sized balls, just normal looking ones. I am 40 yrs old and otherwise healthy.
