Saline infusion goes into the Sack. If you have a 30cc Syringe you can put it into the testicle, this has to be dove very slowly and over a long period of time.It normally takes 4 hours to inject the 30cc into the testicle. If you are going to do this you inject the testicle first then you infuse the Sack.
