In most cases, the pumper is drawing fluids into the scrotum (a natural reaction to the vacuum). The problem is usually that the scrotum fills up quickly with the fluid and increases the size of the scrotum - your balls. The testicles themselves do not expand very much as a result but you get a huge sac to look at. The fluid buildup is a natural body defense mechanism to protect your testicles. you would get a similar result if you were kicked in the balls, but it would hurt like hell, so don't do it.
If you want big balls, the trick is to tie off the testicles with anything that will wrap around them, seperating them from your body. Do not do it too tightly! Every 10 minutes or so, take your balls out of whatever your pumping in and give them a little more slack. The idea is to give them just enough room to expand in the scrotum, but not too much as you will allow too much fluids to enter the scrotum.
The result will be a smaller sac when your finished, but much bigger balls. The result is nmore lasting as well. I guess that's it. email me if you need more info or help.
