ALL THE NECESSARY ITEMS CAN BE OBTAINED FROM THE PLUMBING SUPPLY SECTION OF ANY HAREWARE STORE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE SURGICAL TUBING

PLEASE READ AND IF POSSIBLE PRINT THE INSTRUCTIONS ATTEMPT TO UNDERSTAND THEM BEFORE RUNNING OFF SO THAT YOU'LL ONLY HAVE TO MAKE ONE TRIP TO THE STORE.

THE FOLLOWING DEVICE WILL WORK PROVIDED:

You are cut. Those of you that are uncut may have difficulties in securing the device.
The diameter of your penis at its thickest point behind the head or glans in a fully flaccid or semi-erect state is between 1.7 and 2.2 inches.
The length of the penis shaft behind the head or glans to its base at the lower abdomen is at least 2.5 inches (again in a flaccid or semi-erect state).

TOOLS YOU NEED: Regular screwdriver and pair of scissors.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BUY:

One 2 or 3 inch (1.5 i.d) Galvanized Nipple ($0.96 to $1.34). This is actually a short piece of lead pipe with outside threads on both ends. When purchasing this item run your fingers over the interior to make sure that it is smooth. Tooling can be uneven and you do not want one that has barbs, spikes or has a rough interior surface.
One large SS or worm clamp (Approx. $1.06)
One roll of black vinyl electrical tape (Approx. $0.49)
One 12 inch piece of surgical tubing ($1.10) or vinyl tubing ($0.08); a good substitute is rubber tubing from an aquarium or pet supply store.
One # 8 top bibb gasket (Approx. $0.57)
Two #19/32 X 3/8 x 7/64 #72 O-rings (Approx. $0.23 each)

You need to coat the inside of the nipple (Item A in Diagram) which will used as a "cuff" or sleeve on the shaft of your penis. Have found that if you cut several (approximately 11 to 13 pieces) of electrical tape, you can easily coat the nipple's interior. Place the first piece inside (adhesive to metal) lengthwise folding the ends of the tape over the exterior threads. Continue taping an overlapping fashion until the interior surface of the nipple is entirely covered. Once finished the interior surface coat should be smooth to the touch. Using extra tape you can then cover the exterior of the nipple in a circular (either clockwise or counter-clockwise) fashion (this last step is optional, guys).
Then take the SS or worm clamp (Item B in Diagram) and tie three 20 inch pieces of nylon filament or strong string around the metal band. Try to space them at regular intervals using two square knots. The loops around the clamp's band do not have to be tight, as you're going to tighten the clamp down on the "cuff".
Using a screwdriver tighten the clamp over the exterior of the "cuff" you've just made.
Tie the loose ends of three strands of nylon filament/string together and attach to your weights. You can shorten this to what suits you best. I prefer the weight be between 5 to 8 inches from the end of the cuff. Don't try to overdo it at first like the weightlifter in the diagram (START OFF LIGHT).
The last item that you need to assemble is the "securing band" (Item C in Diagram). Force or squeeze both ends of the surgical or vinyl tubing through the one of the O-rings. Slide the O-ring down to make a loop. Then slide the bibb gasket down on the same way until it makes contact with the O-ring. Slide the other O-ring down on top of the gasket.

While standing, slip the cuff of the device over the glans and onto the shaft of your penis with the weight(s) away from your body or hanging down.
Then slip the head or glans of your penis thru the "securing band". I prefer to do this with the ends of the tubing and and the O-rings and bibb gasket in an "upward" position so that I can see what I'm doing. Then tighten the "securing band" by sliding the O-rings and gasket down snuggly. If it is not snug the weighted cuff will fall, slip or slide off. On the other hand, you don't want it too tight as you'll cut off circulation to the glans.
Guys, use some common sense and don't start out with too much weight as the weightlifter in the diagram is doing. You may find that during the first week or so of using the device you can only stand 1/2 to 1 lb of weight. That's okay as I started out small and over the course of 6 weeks am now up to 4 lbs. Doubt if I'll proceed past this amount. During the holiday break I had lots of free time to pump long and use weights for longer periods of time on alternate days. Now that I back at my job, I don't have that much free time. Right now I'm adhering to the following daily schedule: (a) 3 lbs for 20 min followed by a 10-15 min break. (b) 4 lbs for a second 20 min followed by a 15 min break. (c) 4 lbs for a second 20 min followed by a 15 min break. Generally do these walking around my apt., cleaning up, doing laundry, fixing supper and exercising. Then I'm ready for my daily pump sessions at the computer: (d) a series of three 20 min pumps with my 10 X 2.5 cylinder with 15 min rest periods between each. Also don't be surprised if you reach plateaus wherein you don't see much in the way of increases.
