To begin pumping you need a minimum of a pump & a cylinder. If the item in the Product column has an * then you need to select a size for your cylinder in the Size column. For example if you choose A: Pump, Cylinder, Video then you should pick a size (such as Standard 2X9 tube) in the size column. If you don't see the size you need select "SEE COMMENTS FOR SIZE" and write your size in the comments further down on the order page.

You need not have a credit card to use this form. It will generate a page which you can print and mail with payment.

FOREIGN ORDERS: video tapes are in US format only. Also - you may not wish to order a tape if you live outside the US as foreign customs can delay your order as a result.
