If it is anything like i ordered last year, it is a RIPOFF, big time. i'm not sure it was called the same thing, but all it was was a penis extender. It was a latex penis--very small at that--my own cock put it to shame. It was attached to a condom of sorts that you rolled down over your own dick. It was really pathetic, plus, the condom tore away from the rubber penis just in handling it. Save your money!!
