I'm a little surprised that you are getting the red dots with that pressure. However, since you are, I would agree with the advise from "growing". My experience when I first started pumping (30 minute session with a break half way through) was that I got the red dots but with a much higher pressure. I was trying for 10 or 12 which was the manufacturer's recommended pressure but in reality is way too much. Once I dropped to a pressure of 5, give or take a little, the red dot problem didn't happen. Good luck
