No, don't lance it as you are better off leaving the skin intact to avoid possible
infection. If you are uncut you will need to force the foreskin over the glans or
head of the penis. This allows circulation. In addition, you can milk the penis from
the base to the tip which seems to hasten reabsorption of the fluid. If you can do this
in a hot bath, so much the better as heat accelerates things too. In most cases, if
you are circumcized the blister will go away on its own--usually within one day. In future,
suggest you pump with moderate pressure and remove the cylinder periodically and massage.
You will find that there is an optumum time you can pump without forming a blister. For
me it is around 1 1/2 hours. Hope this helps.
