A kegel is an exercise you do with the muscles in your pubic area. To discover the muscle worked with kegels, take a leak. Now, while peeing, stop your self in mid-stream by clenching the muscles down there. (Don't stop pissing in midstream too often, though; I've read that you can get urinary tract infections if you do it too often.)

Or, take note of the muscles that automatically contract when you ejaculate. Again, these are the same muscles that you used to stop your urine flow.

Kegels basically involve the flexing of these muscles. One exercise I've done is where I flex it quickly and repeatedly. The other involves clenching and holding it for as long as you can. This latter exercise is *much* tougher than it sounds, yet this is the exercise that the sex gurus say will help you prolonge your erections and increase the force with which you ejaculate (basically, if you ooze, enough Kegels will make you squirt. If you already squirt, then enough Kegels will make you hit the wall on the other side of the room.)


Milking involves grasping your flaccid penis between your thumb and index finger at its base. Then you slide the grip down your penis to the tip. Repeat. Many times. You will probably stimulate yourself into an erection. It's called milking because the action you do is similar to what a farmer does when he milks a cow.
