I don't know. My guess is that it will stay right behind the head. I get a donut there also which takes forever to go down. It seems that there is more hanging from the bottom also. I'm circed and hate it. The donut is right behind the head and consist mostly of the remnant of inner foreskin. I suspect that the skin of the foreskin, being two layers and two very different textures, pumps up differently from the shaft skin. The inner foreskin is mucosa and is evidently much more pliable and expandable.
