...maybe almost average (between 6 1/8" to just under 6" fully aroused) I've gone from 6 1/2" to 7 1/4" fully pumped. I've noticed massage between 15-20 minutes sessions makes a significant difference in comfort, appearance etc. I don't really seem to maintain any significant enlargement after pumping. ..it varies.. although my being flaccid is more relaxed and the scrotum seems to hang a bit more freely. The biggest tip I've gotten so far is pull the scrotum skin out from the tube as much as possible before fully pumping, and work yourself up to where your going. I've the cheaper pump.. this has taught me to listen carefully to where my organ is in increasing or maintaining pressure. (The system doesn't perfectly hold pressure so about every 8-12 seconds I have to re pump to maintain vaccum..it also serves to take me into cycles of satisfaction long as I don't overpump) ...sometimes in pumping to get back to size my body responds by increasing the erection size and the new size becomes my target to maintain vaccum size with. It seems at about 15 minutes I've reached a plateau/equilibrium of vaccum and pleasure so I deflate massage several different ways for about 15 minutes and go back for one more session to be followed by massage. I was blown away the first time my starting pump actually hit 6 1/2" Now I'm reasonably pleased to be approaching 7". I think the every other day help give my body a rest. Perhaps I'd do better with a more expensive pump. I would though wish I had a better fitting tube to control the width..I'd rather have length.

One neat tip I've discovered is to use a condom over the tube's end and cut off the end of the condom so the vaccumed, only the head of the penis is fully exposed to the suction. This method seems to soften the unflared end of the tube against the pubic pad and the condom supports the shaft so it resists donut-ing. I think it might encourage developing a fully head in a simple manner.
